Can I wear the monitor when taking a shower or bath? Your monitor is not waterproof. If it becomes wet it could cause irreparable damage to the monitor.

What if the electrodes included with my monitor irritate my skin? If this occurs, contact us at the phone number provided with your monitor and our lab will assist you.

Will I be notified if I need to seek immediate medical attention? Our staff will notify both you and your doctor immediately if there is any reason for you to seek medical attention.  If for any reason you feel that you need to go to the hospital do not hesitate to do so.

When do I return the monitor? There is an indicator light on the monitor showing when the monitor is full.  When this occurs, which may be prior to the 14 day time frame, please bring back the monitor immediately to the clinic that supplied you with it.

Who can I inform on any issues I had with the technician or staff of HHD? We have supplied on our website a section regarding patient feedback.  Please fill in this form and give us confirmation that we can contact you with your telephone number and/or email.  We will take the time to listen to you and fix any problems that occur so that they do not happen again.  Our goal is to provide excellent service, nothing less is acceptable.
